This course is designed for supervisors and WSH professionals (e.g. safety officers, project managers, project directors) to learn how to ensure the safe use of various types of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) within their control.
The course is designed to familiarise operators who do not have prior experience operating a specific model of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP).
Perform safety checks on the specific MEWP equipment accurately
Understand all controls and functions to operate the equipment safely and effectively
No certification will be provided
Upon successful completion of the course, operators will receive a copy of the attendance record which will be of lifetime validity
Attained MOM-Accredited general training for the type of MEWP equipment
The accredited general training is still within the period of validity
